Yuriy Datskiv qualified as an Attorney-at-law in 2012 and is the co-founder of DOMINUS Law Firm. After graduation from Lviv university in 2000, Yuriy spent seven years in Germany, where he studied Law and European Studies and obtained a LL.M. (Master of Laws) degree at the Europa-Universität Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder).

Back in Ukraine, Yuriy worked as an inhouse lawyer and associate at a number of companies in the legal and consulting spheres, as well as in manufacturing and real estate development. This varied experience provided him with deep insight into many aspects when dealing with complex multi-jurisdictional issues and cases with an international element.

In 2013, Yuriy attended the International Bar Association (IBA) Annual Conference in Boston, having won a scholarship for the Real Estate section.

In 2018-2019, he attended a one-year English law course organized by the British Law Centre (BLC) and obtained a diploma with distinction.

Yuriy speaks fluent English, German and Russian, he also has a good command of Polish.

He is a member of the Ukrainian Bar Association.
